Wain Estates is developing plans for around 335 new family and affordable homes on land off Mount Road, Oswestry.
The site is capable of delivering much-needed new homes, providing a mix of family homes and affordable housing.
The new housing would be set within an attractive network of open space and a high-quality landscaping scheme.
This will be sensitive to the existing landscape character which will enhance biodiversity and the environment for residents.
The proposed illustrative layout plan has been informed by information in relation to highways, drainage, heritage and ecological features to ensure that the development is both deliverable and sustainable.
