Wain Estates are preparing proposals for around 135 homes on land off Birkshead Drive, Wilsden.
The site is well placed to deliver new homes, and these could be comprised of a balanced mix of family and affordable housing.
The proposed development would be set within an attractive network of open spaces and high-quality landscaping, carefully designed to respond to and reinforce the existing landscape character.
This approach will help enhance biodiversity while creating a welcoming environment for future residents.
The proposed layout has been informed by detailed considerations relating to highways, ecology and landscape design, ensuring that the development is both sustainable and deliverable.
