Wain Estates is developing plans for around 70 new family and affordable homes on land off Shermanbury Road, Partridge Green.
The site is capable of delivering much-needed new homes, providing a mix of family homes and affordable housing.
The new housing would be set within an attractive network of open space and a high-quality landscaping scheme sensitive to the existing landscape character which will enhance biodiversity and the environment for residents.
The proposed layout plan has been informed by information in relation to highways, ecology and landscaping, to ensure that the development is both deliverable and sustainable.
