The site can deliver much-needed new homes, offering a mix of housing types and affordable housing, set within an attractive network of open spaces and landscaped areas.
The proposed layout has been guided by key information on highways, drainage, ecology, public paths, and landscaping, ensuring the development is practical and sustainable.
