Wain Estates is developing plans for around 140 new family homes on land off Southwell Road, Farnsfield.
The site is located in a sustainable location on the edge of Farnsfield. The proposals would deliver a range of much-needed family homes, including 30% affordable housing.
The new housing would be set within an attractive network of open space and a high-quality landscaping scheme. This will be sensitive to the existing landscape character which will enhance biodiversity and the environment for residents.
In order to ensure that the development is both deliverable and sustainable, the proposed masterplan has been informed by a range of technical assessments including highways, ecology, and landscaping.
